    With over four decades of international leadership experience, Randy Fetters brings a rare depth of insight, integrity, and purpose to his work as an Executive Coach, Leadership Development and Equine-Experiential Facilitator. As a former Global Program Director and Senior Executive in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry, he successfully led multi-billion-dollar mission-critical programs across the globe—guiding both general contractors and owners through complex projects with precision and vision.

    Randy’s leadership journey has always been rooted in his unwavering dedication to the people he serves. His deep respect for team dynamics inspired him to become a Certified Personal and Professional Coach, expanding his ability to lead not just through strategy, but through authentic human connection.

    From the barn to the boardroom, Randy blends equine wisdom with decades of corporate experience to deliver high-impact leadership development. Today, he is an ICF-Certified Equine-Assisted Coach.  He is a graduate of multiple advanced programs, including the Equine Alchemy’s ICF-accredited coaching program, the Eponaquest Worldwide Apprenticeship, and Master Herder Training, Sentient Communication Instructor Training, and Eponaquest Worldwide Advanced Instructor.

    He believes, none of this would have been possible without the enduring support and shared vision of his wife, partner, and life coach, Michelle Fetters—whose grace and guidance continue to inspire every step of his journey.

    Randy’s work speaks to both seasoned executives, values-driven leaders and heart-led learners who seek to expand emotional agility, build trust-centered teams, and lead with presence, adaptability, and purpose.     Michelle is a Personal & Professional Coach, Equine-Assisted Facilitator, and lifelong student of horse wisdom and herd dynamics. Her work bridges the worlds of conscious  horsemanship, holistic well-being, and consensual leadership development, offering clients a grounded, heart-led path to self-discovery and authentic empowerment.

    Prior to her work in holistic well-being and coaching, Michelle spent over 25 years in the corporate sector, specializing in operational development, team building, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise includes fostering partnerships between Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned,  Native American-Owned enterprises with major corporations to create mutually beneficial collaborations and scalable growth platforms.

    That path ultimately led her back to the equine arena—not just as a metaphor, but as a calling. Today, Michelle is an ICF-Certified Equine-Assisted Coach, blending her business acumen with the relational intelligence of the herd to create experiential learning that supports leaders in high-performance environments. She is a graduate of the Equine Alchemy ICF Coaching Program, the Eponaquest Worldwide Apprenticeship and Advanced Instructor Program, Master Herder Instructor Training, and Sentient Communication Instructor Training. Michelle is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Supreme Influence—modalities focused on the science of human behavior, influence, and communication excellence.

    Her holistic background includes certifications as a Reiki Master and Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Drawing from this diverse foundation, Michelle has culminated a powerful set of tools that integrate behavioral science, somatic awareness, and horse-guided learning to help clients reconnect with their intuitive strengths and lead with graceful purpose.

    Inspired by the powerful wisdom of the herd and the rhythm of the horse-human bond, Michelle offers leadership development experiences that are both strategic and soulful. Through Dancing Spirit Equine LLC, she helps clients cultivate emotional intelligence, expand critical thinking and self-awareness, deepen social awareness, and lead with grounded presence in every area of life and work.
